Just in case you don’t know how you ended up here, Hi! My name is Aneesha, and I am a wife and mother.

I was the occasional dieter and gym goer. After giving birth to my daughter, I had about 10 kgs of EXCESS fat that I needed to get rid of.

So what did I do? I got myself educated, and in the process, I discovered some bulletproof techniques to continue progressing on a diet while still enjoying my favorite foods. If you have been watching my IG stories, you would know.

I have implemented these exact techniques I used on myself with my one-on-one clients, and they also have been accomplishing the same.

We follow a 60-30-10 nutritional formula to lasting results! My methods to real living+dieting consist of 60% volume foods, 30% sensible, and 10% of anything.

The more I understand you, the more I am able to help you. Even if you have eaten a whole bar of chocolate, for example, you need to tell me. We can together figure out these trigger factors and how to work around this, or even maybe to include it in your diet.

You will need to commit to some sort of exercise activity (we will discuss this to suit your goal and lifestyle). I understand as you probably are a busy person, it won’t be very easy to commit to certain things, it is all about finding that perfect balance for you.

Reza works full-time as an Engineer in the Water Treatment Sector. While he dedicates most of the time to his full-time occupation, he also channels a large portion of his day to coaching, He has a passion for bodybuilding and helping individuals achieve their goals.

He makes it his goal to help educate and guide people towards achieving their own personal goals using evidence-based techniques and the hands-on knowledge he has gained throughout the years. 

Aneesha Farha

MASTER COACH

Aneesha is currently a full-time fitness coach and a full-time mother to a beautiful girl. As a mother herself, she understands how the female body works and the struggles a new mother can face with their nutritional needs and structure.

Aneesha also has a sound knowledge of the do’s and dont’s of diet goals and is well versed in all aspects of the coaching process, including fat loss diets and muscle gain.
